- Garmin Vivoactive 4s (pink - Ricky’s favourite colour 😍 ) - it’s got everything even SUP and yoga but I already reset it and don’t remember if it’s got a triathlon option - altho not sure they are useful anyway as you are so traumatised so who even remembers to press the right button?!? You can upload music tho and run without your phone . - £120 . It’s the good looking one and it’s a touch screen too. More fancy pants one than the second one. ![]()

Thank you everyone! All Volunteer slots have been filled in record time - you've kept Gillian very busy! If you can no longer volunteer on the day please get in touch asap so we can ask someone else to step in.![]()

however, if you don't have a role on the day you're still needed to come along and run or stand in your M3 kit and chat to people who are interested in joining or just chat all things triathlon. The more triathletes there the better! Can't wait to see a sea of M3 bobble hats (if you don't have one Jackie still has lots!)
M3 Parkrun Takeover![]()
What are you doing on Saturday 22nd January at 9.30am? You're coming to Camperdown Parkrun of course!![]()
An M3 takeover of Parkrun is a way for the club to promote ourselves and potentially gain new members. We do this by filling all the volunteer slots (Timekeeper, Barcode Scanner, Marshal to name a few), providing pacers (22.30, 25, 27.30 etc) and just running the course all while wearing our shiny M3 kit. ![]()

Request of help on behalf of one of the founding members Steve Olivier. Steve is looking to get a hold of the pull out calendar from the Triathlon 220 January edition. To those that don’t know Steve, he was instrumental in driving the club forward back in the day and came with an incredible pedigree in multi sport back when most of us were brand new to the game. He’s been collecting these calandras for 15+ years and not missed a year - until now. If you do have a copy and are willing to sell it to Steve, he’ll more than compensate you for your kindness. Hopefully someone out there has a copy and is willing to part with it. Thanks.
