Hope your all enjoying our lock down version of the Grand Prix!If you haven't signed up yet for this years Grand Prix yet but still wish to then let us know. Really good uptake of well over 30 people so well done! We will get the spreadsheet up once January's all been finalised. This WILL count towards the rest of the grand prix when we get back for face to face events. Look forward to hearing from those not signed up yet. Grand Prix – Virtual. As restrictions are back and it’s a new year, we’ve created a virtual Grand Prix with some challenges to get you all moving in the new year and beyond. To take part: let Ricky, or Ewan know that you want to take part either on the Facebook post or get in touch with us privately and we will add you to the list. Equally, if you’re not on Facebook then you can email M3Coaches@gmail.com with details of your intent to join and your activity details for each challenge. It’s a friendly challenge and it’s about improving yourself and is just a fun way to stay motivated over the next couple of months with a bit of friendly competition thrown in. Please note every event (badge) you collect counts as points towards an event-based Grand Prix later in the year if it goes ahead. The coaches are looking at giving the running podcasts a go again but I've got a question for you all to ensure we make the best podcast possible :D What music would you like to hear on the podcast? Hey guys, this would be a good investment for yoga . We have been doing the online classes long enough now and may for even longer so I feel this could be a great prop to have. I would recommend this one for- it’s size and density ‼️- the girl who owns Yogi Bare is a good human being *- just like like most things in the world all yoga products are manufactured in China but this looks a bit more sustainable 🤞 - it will make sessions fun!
